How long until we see measurable results?
Most first engagements put a working improvement in your hands within a few weeks, with a before-and-after number attached. We scope every build so it's measurable. If we can't measure it, we won't propose it.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Everything is month to month or fixed-scope, and you can stop anytime. You also own everything we build: the systems, the documentation, and the know-how to run them.
Can you work with our existing systems and team?
That's the default. We build inside the tools you already use wherever possible, and we train the people who'll run the system day to day. New platforms are a last resort, not a starting point.
What if AI isn't the right answer for us?
Then we'll say so. Sometimes the highest-value fix is a simpler process, a checklist, or better handoffs. We're independent (no vendor kickbacks), so we're paid for the right answer, not the biggest build.
We tried AI tools before and they didn't stick. Why would this be different?
Because we don't hand you a tool and walk away. We find the one fix worth making, build it into the tools you already use, and train the people who'll run it day to day. Then we measure whether it actually worked. Most AI attempts fail on adoption, not technology, so training and handoff are part of every build, not an afterthought.
Why not just buy an off-the-shelf tool like Podium or GoHighLevel?
You can, and sometimes we'll tell you to. The difference is we find the highest-value fix for your specific business, build and integrate it into the tools you already use, train your team to run it, and stand behind a measured result. An off-the-shelf tool is a box you still have to configure, adopt, and get right yourself, and it can't tell you what to fix next. We're independent, so if a cheap tool is genuinely the right answer, that's what we'll point you to.

Owner-led businesses, typically 2 to 50 people: big enough to have a real recurring problem, small enough that the owner can decide to fix it. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you who is.
